We have no Effective Strategical Planning to fight any of these diseases!
World bank says that we can still contain the AIDS menace as our burden of disease is low but I seriously question this. In a country MAULED by CORRUPTION AT EVERY LEVEL, where does the funding go? In purchase orf fancy cars by the doctors, health secretariats' staff personnel, all those involved in funding ,getting the funds by INTERNATIONAL DONORS for AIDS CONTROL, so much so that even the Foreign Consultants, so called fair guys are involved in the racket since many years.
